COMMITDO VS TODOIST
Great for capturing tasks fast — but every task lives on its own
Todoist nails quick task capture with natural-language due dates and a generous free tier. Where it falls short is structure above the task level — there's no native way to tie a task to a quarterly objective, plan a sprint, or run a retro on how the week went.
TODOIST IS BEST FOR
People who mainly need a fast, reliable inbox for individual to-dos.
WHERE IT FALLS SHORT
No OKRs, no sprints, no AI chat that understands your actual data, no decision tracking.
