CommitDo (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • —Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and a hashed password.
  • —Workspace data: Tasks, projects, roles, missions, OKRs, decisions, sprints, and any other content you create inside CommitDo.
  • —Usage data: Basic analytics about how you use the product (e.g., pages visited, features used). No keystroke logging or session recording.

How we use your information

  • —To provide and operate the CommitDo service.
  • —To power the AI assistant — your workspace data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API during your active AI chat sessions. It is not stored by Anthropic for training.
  • —To send transactional emails (e.g., email verification, password reset). We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.

Data storage and security

  • —Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
  • —We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.
  • —Your workspace data is never used to train AI models.

Third-party services

  • —Supabase — database and authentication (supabase.com)
  • —Anthropic — AI inference for the chat assistant (anthropic.com). Only used during active AI sessions.
  • —Vercel — hosting and edge infrastructure (vercel.com)

Your rights

  • —You can export or delete your account data at any time by contacting us at legal@bridgecraft.co.
  • —If you are in the EU/UK, you have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, and data portability.
  • —We will respond to data requests within 30 days.

Cookies

  • —CommitDo uses a single session cookie for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Changes to this policy

  • —We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
